How we start
The journey of Lion Reads began in February 2025 as a private passion project, eventually leading to its formal registration as Lion Reads (PVT) LTD on October 17, 2025.
Our founder, Mayuraan Sriyananda, originally created this platform as his own dedicated personal development workspace. It was a place for him to synthesize the most effective wisdom from self-help literature, track his own progress, and turn powerful ideas into practical skills. The core belief was simple: the books we read should actively improve the lives we lead.

The Evolution of a Movement
The insights and lessons gathered proved too valuable to keep private. Soon, what started as Mayuraan’s personal journal rapidly expanded into a vibrant, shared community.
